Neither System Administrator nor Session Administrators are responsible for users’ choosing of personal information. Besides;

1. Political and religious writing, political and religious propaganda, religious messages, writing with swearword contrary to general morals, slang writings, insult writings can not be written at this forum.
2. Forum participants must check if the subject exist or not in the Forum before opening a new thread. For this, searching feature of Forum can be used. Forums including same name and same discussion can not be opened.

3. Administrators can not manage every message. Please inform administrators who responsible for that section if you meet an improper message before the administrators.

4. To use capital letters when writing a message means shouting. For this reason do certainly not use capital letters.

5. Title of the thread must be selected to explain the subject (title like help, please, urgent, personal private may be deleted without warning).

6. The threads must be written under relevant sections.

7. To select immoral user name, to write political signature, to advert is forbidden.


8. Religion, politics, organization or symbol of a party can absolutely not be used as a picture!!! If a member does not obey this rule, the picture of the member will be deleted and the picture putting right will be taken back. Furthermore, this member will be warned at the part of Warnings to Members !!!

9. Memberships of the members may be cancelled when members do not use the Forum for six (6 months).

10. To send irregular mails and messages to the Forum and Session Administrators is absolutely forbidden.

11. If administrators decide that the post is not relevant to the subject, they can transfer it to the relevant part or delete. To delete or to answer the objection posts is under the authority of administrator. In addition, new threads which have continuity or the same content of the thread closed by warning can not be opened.

12. Forum administration forbid to enter the Forum and delete all messages of user who use more than one nickname and tell opinions to the same subject as if he was another person.
Furthermore, if same user applies with more than one e-mail addresses and writes with different names, the user will be banned and all posts related to him/her will be deleted...

13. This Forum was founded with voluntary and amateur participation in order to exchange ideas with Professional Persons. It is required that, forum can not be used except for the aim.

14. Forum administrators are not responsible for continual informing about rules and running of the forum. Participants must read and obey these rules.

15. Participants, who do not obey the rules, can not write to the Forum. Their participations may be hinder without warning.

16. Official language of the Forum is Turkish. International language English can be used, too. Other languages can be used with Admin permission.We accept only latin alphabet.

17. If a member wants to sell any product, he/she must openly write information about the product, determine the price and take offer. ONLY USERS CAN WRITE PRICE. It is forbidden to state price for advertisement by any company or its worker!!! It is forbidden to make criticize interpretation about prices stated at notice!!! The membership of the member who gives commercial notices is stopped or cancelled!!!

18. Users can not exalt or despise any firms or brand with their posts...

19. You must politely write your ideas about companies and broadcasting firms. Posts full of grudge or insult are hindered. Please do not criticize publication organizations’ politics! In addition, the national platform section will only be used for technical problems and broadcasting news!

20. In this scope, the members who are related to companies as a vendor can not advertise or can not exalt his company or despise any other company or brand.

21. Even if the MODs who works for a company can not tell their prices. Every subject about the price should be dealed with companies’ site or by mailing.

22. Personal discussion threads will be closed immediately! It is requested not to send mail or PM about the threads closed.Members can not publish Private Mails or Message in Forum.

23. To advertise other forum sites in order to collect members for them is forbidden. The membership of the members is cancelled when members do not obey this rule!

24. If the addresses of the files or pictures given can not be reachable and users can not take them without membership, these links will be evaluated as anti-rule and they may be removed. If there are uneasy scripts in the links, may be removed.

25. The commercial advertisements messages must not be done by using Forum’s Email and PM Service. Forum Administrators have the rights for reading and publishing these PMs if a warning happens.

26. Member must write a warning note if the information written in the forum or link files include risky files for users or for the equipment!!!

27. When a company name or a brand name was chosen as a user name, user must be a worker at the company or must give information to the company. If the company objects to the user name, forum administration may want to change the user name.

28. Illegal films, mp3s, warez, crack and links which contain these subjects and also opening a thread or sending a post about them are absolutely forbidden at the forum ! (Also forbidden in PM)

29. At any section, to put picture, writing, quotation i.e. in order to humiliate persons, institutions, foundations or government is absolutely forbidden!! In such cases we have right to delete the member from the forum without warning.

30. Forum links and portal links which includes forum links, link of commercial sites and commercial messages can not be written at the signature field. To use more than on picture and picture size bigger than 500x125 pixel and 100 kb is forbidden. To use more than 10 lines (including empty lines) of text is forbidden.

31. Companies which have Banners at the forum are the companies we suggest. But the forum is not responsible for shopping these places for any reason.

32. Marketing and/or advertisement of pornographic content, illegal drugs and drug production, gambling and related subjects, weapons (firearms) and ammunition, beer or alcoholic beaverage, tobacco and tobacco related subjects, drugs which require a prescription, scientific student thesis or articles.



The Forum Rules can always be modified and they valid after modification. Users have not right to say that they did not read or see the rules !
